Sales Operations Leader
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Leader to enhance sales processes and drive performance. Key Responsibilities Design and improve reporting on sales and account performance Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making Manage and optimize the sales tech stack and collaborate with the VP of Sales on pipeline management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field 4+ years of professional experience in sales operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment Experience with GTM AI-based tools is a plus Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales automation tools, with experience in Zoho CRM being advantageous
