Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of Strategic Enterprise Account Executives to achieve sales goals Develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success Participate in regional growth plans and ensure forecast accuracy for a high-growth business Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience building and leading high-growth sales teams for enterprise customers in Big Data, Cloud, Analytics, and AI Proven history of exceeding sales quotas in hyper-growth Enterprise technology companies Understanding of value selling and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, and Command of Message Experience in developing partner ecosystems to enhance strategic enterprise territories Strong background in the Telecommunications industry is preferred
