A company is looking for a Sales Consultant to place physicians in permanent positions across the country. Key Responsibilities Source healthcare provider information and generate call lists Make outbound calls to develop business relationships and match providers with opportunities Build an active pipeline and meet production goals throughout the sales cycle Required Qualifications Intrinsically motivated and able to persevere through tough markets Proficient use of multiple software systems including Outlook, Excel, and CRM databases Experience in sales or recruitment is preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong negotiation skills throughout the recruitment process
