Sales Development Manager
A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach a team of SDRs to drive pipeline generation in new verticals Oversee pipeline health and manage lead distribution to ensure consistent opportunity generation Develop and refine outbound messaging that resonates with the ideal customer profile (ICP) Required Qualifications 2-3+ years of experience in a Sales Development role within a B2B SaaS environment, with at least 18+ months in a leadership role managing teams of 7+ sales reps Proven track record of coaching SDRs and leading training across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach Experience managing a large pipeline across multiple reps and analyzing metrics for prioritization Deep understanding of outbound sales strategies and conversion optimization Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Apollo, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
